A twist on the classic English Eton Mess dessert.

As a person who has frequently attended many a food festival, I always found myself in awe at the new and innovative products being brought to the food industry and I often thought to my self "how do I get to be a part of this". In 2024, I seized an opportunity to redefine my path, leading to the creation of "MESS.".

Our Mission

Our sole aim is to satisfy sweet cravings with our MESS. desserts. We strive to continuously evolve our menus to keep our desserts seasonally fresh and unique, making sure that they taste delicious, whilst also staying true to the components of a classic dessert that we all know and love.

Future Vision

Get ready for an exciting adventure in 2026! We will be hopefully hitting the roads with our MESS. desserts in a food trailer, bringing our delicious treats to locations all over the UK.
